This inviting private room boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a SmartTV (streaming services only, no aerial) for your entertainment, a tallboy wardrobe, and a vintage dressing table. You'll also find plenty of storage space, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

A welcome tray with tea, coffee, milk, and sugar is provided so you can enjoy hot drinks from the comfort of your room.  Bottle openers and wine glasses are also provided if you're in the mood for something stronger!

All rooms include a hairdryer and iron/ironing mat  for your convenience as well as a few little treats to make you feel comfortable during your stay.

The room is equipped with a fan for the warmer months and an electric blanket and hot water bottles during the winter.

The shared family bathroom offers the best of both worlds: a refreshing power shower to invigorate your mornings and a charming roll-top bath where you can unwind and relax completely.

Your bedroom includes an ensuite with a private toilet and sink (no door) and access to the shared family bathroom.

I understand the importance of feeling secure while you're away from home, and have taken extra steps to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. Each room in my home features a lockable door, allowing you to secure your space from the inside. Whether you're staying with friends, family, or other guests, you can enjoy an extra layer of privacy and security throughout your visit.
